How diverse is your PLN? 

I am very happy to share my views and life on social platforms, so, in my opinion, my PLN is quite diverse. To give some examples, I use WeChat to keep in touch with my friends and family, I use Youtube to communicate with many video creators, I use QQ mailbox to keep in touch with teachers, and I use Apple Music to communicate with some music lovers.

Are you learning from a variety of diverse voices and are you expanding your understanding of
the views of others? 

Yes, I have expanded my views from many different voices. I can get the knowledge I want from short videos, search for the information I want from Google, and communicate with friends and teachers to expand my thinking.

What is the learning outcome of your PLN and how are you ensuring your exposure to diversity
and inclusion? 

My learning result from PLN is that it has increased my knowledge in the field of study, and I can obtain the knowledge I want more easily and effectively through the Internet. In addition, whether it is study or work, it enhances the communication between people and shortens the distance between people. Through conversations with others and sharing on social platforms, I can enhance my understanding and understanding of others.

How likely individuals are going to continue with their created content and their network? 

I think as long as people can get value out of the network, they will continue to use the content and network they create. Some people use the Internet for their hobby, some for their jobs to make money, and some for their studies. Therefore, these people’s needs for the network will make people continue to use and expand the network.

Are the skills that they developed applicable in professional practices? 

The skills they develop can be used in professional practice, for example, people use zoom for study or work meetings. The creation of short videos enables people to obtain information more intuitively through videos instead of cold words. The application of information and knowledge will solve many life problems of people such as work and school.
